2. Placing an Order

Products can be ordered through our online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.

Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent by email. A binding purchase agreement is formed once the order has been accepted and confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, payment issues, or unexpected product availability issues. In such cases, the customer will be notified as soon as possible, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).

Shipping costs are added at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed using the secure payment methods available in our online store.

4. Delivery

The estimated delivery time is provided on each product page and in the order confirmation.

If delivery is unexpectedly delayed, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.

5. Returns

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If the product received is damaged, defective, or differs from the order placed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at deloriabags@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue promptly and appropriately.

7. Limitation of Liability

DÉLORIA shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government actions, strikes, transport disruptions, natural events, or other force majeure circumstances.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes will primarily be resolved through mutual negotiation. Consumers also have the right to refer disputes to the relevant consumer authorities or the competent court.
