Shipping policy

At the moment, most DÉLORIA bags are available for pre-order. This allows us to offer a carefully selected collection while ensuring that every order is handled with the utmost care.

The estimated delivery time for pre-orders is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date the order is placed. In some cases, orders may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery time.

Once an order has arrived at our facility in Finland and has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

A shipping confirmation will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

If any unexpected delivery delays occur, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. All delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.
